1:35 Russia - Posters is a set of poster motifs from a Russian setting for dioramas in 1:35 size from the ETA diorama brand.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set belongs among diorama accessories and offers poster motifs from a Russian setting in 1:35 size. It comes into its own as a flat prop that is laid onto a finished surface: the wall of a house, a fence, a pole, a notice board or a door. Nothing is assembled from it, and the size of the motifs matches 1:35 scale.
A poster is a small thing that a viewer discovers only on closer inspection, and that is exactly why it gives a scene depth. It anchors the action in a particular setting, completes an empty facade and breaks up the uniform surface of a wall without drawing attention away from the main subject. It works well in a group: several posters side by side, over one another and in different states of damage look like a place where pasting up really goes on.
Avoid a regular spacing and a perfectly flat placement. A piece set at an angle, partly torn or folded over a corner looks far more convincing. On rough masonry press the poster down so that it follows the unevenness, otherwise it will look like a stuck-on label. You can lift the edges slightly so that a shadow catches behind them. At the end, tie the colors in with the scene by dusting lightly, mainly at the bottom edge, where water would splash up from the ground.
The package holds a flat prop for a scene. The surface it is laid onto and the means to finish it are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
