1:35 Australia - Road Signs Set is an ETA diorama accessory with Australian road signage in 1:35 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of road signage for a diorama, not a kit of a vehicle. It is aimed at the Australian road setting and in 1:35 scale it will complete a scene with a roadway, a shoulder or an intersection. A sign is one of the few items that tells the viewer both the country and the type of road without a single extra word.
Australian warning signage is based on a yellow diamond with black artwork, a system different from the European triangle with a red border. Warnings about animals are common, because a kangaroo on the road is a real risk there, and distances are given in kilometers. Outside the towns these are often long straight stretches where a sign is the only vertical item for miles around.
The height above the terrain decides credibility more than the workmanship itself, so check it against a figure. Leave the post slightly leaning or overgrown at the foot, so that it does not look freshly installed. Signs by a dusty track will take dusting from below; what is higher up stays readable, because the dust keeps close to the ground.
Posts, terrain and the roadway to go with them are added from other sources.
