A set of 3D decals from Quinta Studio for models of the F/A-18A/B/C/D carrier-based fighter in 1:72 scale. It reproduces the characteristic reinforcement plates on the vertical tails. This is not photo-etch and not resin but colored, finely raised elements on a flexible film applied as a decal. The set is conceived universally for models of this type.

How they are applied

• The element is cut out of the film and transferred onto a cleaned, smooth surface of the tail.
• The flexible film follows the shape and the curvature of the surface.
• The elements have no adhesive layer of their own and hold on gloss varnish; light pressure seats them firmly.
• The coloring is finished from the factory.
