German E-50 Ausf.G with the 10.5 cm L/68 gun is a plastic kit of a hypothetical German heavy tank from the Fist of War range in 1:35 scale from the manufacturer Modelcollect.

An injection-molded plastic kit from the imaginary Fist of War range, which develops the German standardized projects of the so-called E series (Entwicklung) into a form that never reached production. The model represents the Ausf.G version with a powerful gun of 10.5 cm caliber and a barrel length of L/68, and in this boxing with night-vision equipment as well. The kit is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
During the Second World War the E series was meant to unify the design of German tracked vehicles into a few weight classes. The E-50 belonged to the class of medium to heavy tanks and was to replace the Panther and the Tiger with a simpler, more economical concept to manufacture. The real vehicle remained only on paper and in the form of partial components, so a rendering with the long L/68 gun and night-vision devices is a designer's what-if vision, popular among collectors of alternate equipment.
We recommend assembling and fine-tuning the running gear and the tracks before you close up the hull. Glue the plastic with liquid modeling cement, sand the joints and treat the surface with a primer. Apply the camouflage with an airbrush and use washes and pigments for mud and dust effects when weathering.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
