A precisely cut self-adhesive mask for the glazing of models of the two-seat combat trainer version of the Soviet Sukhoi Su-17 / Su-22 fighter-bomber (UM3K/UM4) in 1:48 scale. The one-sided version masks the outer side of the glazing; the masks are numbered and shaped to measure (express fit). The target kit is Kitty Hawk.
The Su-17 and the export Su-22 were single-engine fighter-bombers with a variable-geometry wing. The UM3K/UM4 versions are two-seaters with a lengthened, broken-up cockpit canopy whose framing is demanding to mask on a model.
The mask does not contain paints or glue; it serves only for masking while spraying.
