Responsibility details are not available.
A plaque with a unit emblem for which the dimension of 40 mm is given in the name. It belongs to no particular kit and you will build nothing from it - it is an accessory with which you describe a finished diorama. It is fitted to the front of a base, to a wooden plinth or to the frame of a display case, and its use is in no way tied to the scale of the models standing above it.
The designation 13th Waffen Mountain Division Of The SS - Handschar belongs to a mountain division raised in 1943 whose men were largely recruited in the territory of present-day Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was committed in the mountainous and wooded terrain of the Balkans and its existence was short - at the close of 1944 it fell apart. This is a historical designation of a unit from the Second World War and the plaque is a factual caption for a built scene, nothing more.
A Balkan scene stands on stone, dry vegetation and dusty roads, so the base tends to be in ocher and gray tones. Place the plaque on a darker frame or on the stained side of a plinth, where it will not lose its outline. Level and degrease the area so that the plaque seats fully. Leave a free margin around it so that it acts as a caption, and fit it only after the static grass and the dry shrubs are finished.
