This set of two sheets of water-slide decals from the Czech manufacturer Mark I holds numerals of the Czech Air Force in a black execution with a white outline, in 1:144 scale. The numerals are printed in several heights, so fuselage and other numbers can be put together to match a particular machine. It is the second part of this numeral series.
Tactical and fuselage numbers are part of the basic markings of aircraft, and their exact shape and execution differ between individual air arms. Black numerals with a contrasting white outline are typical of machines where a purely black character would blend into a dark surface.
Apply the decals over a smooth gloss clear coat so that silvering does not occur. Soak the numeral you have cut out, move it into place and draw the excess water off. A softener will secure accurate seating; at the end unify the surface with a matte or satin clear coat.
This is a decal set, not a kit. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
