1:48 Fairey Fulmar Mk.I O-max set is a masking set for the model of the British carrier fighter in 1:48 scale, not a kit of the aircraft. Intended for the Trumpeter kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
The item belongs among the accessories for painting: it helps cover the glazing and other areas that are meant to stay clean, without the modeler having to cut curves out of tape by hand. The aircraft model is therefore bought separately. The kit the cut is based on is given directly in the name of the item, so before buying it is worth comparing the name with the box you have at home. The target kit is the Trumpeter one.
The Fairey Fulmar was a British carrier fighter with a crew of two, which the Fleet Air Arm brought into service in 1940. In design it followed on from a light bomber, and so it was slower than its single-seat opponents; it made up for that with a long range, decent endurance over the sea and a second crew member who took care of navigation far from land. It was powered by a Rolls-Royce Merlin V12 engine and the armament was concentrated in the wing. It made its greatest mark over the Mediterranean escorting convoys to Malta and later over the Indian Ocean.
Builders of British naval aviation in 1:48 and everyone who wants to cut short the most drawn-out part of painting. It will also help less experienced modelers who are not yet managing to cut canopy frames freehand.
