Mr. Clay For Modeling (Gunze)

This is a modeling shaping compound, not a paint and not a kit. The compound is used to model terrain, bases for dioramas, fillings and small scenic shapes. It spreads and shapes easily by hand and with tools, holds the shape you give it and hardens once dry.

Use

  • Modeling terrain, craters, embankments and unevenness on bases.
  • Filling gaps and cavities in dioramas.
  • Once dry the surface can be sanded, cut and reworked.
  • The hardened compound can be painted over with modeling paints and weathered with pigments.

Who it is for

Suitable for builders of dioramas and scenic bases who need an easily shaped base that works well. Beginners and advanced modelers alike will appreciate it.
