A 3D-printed kit of the A/S32A-49 US Navy deck tractor in its short version, in 1:32 scale. The model from Reskit is a kit in its own right, made of resin printed by 3D technology and intended for experienced modelers. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The A/S32A-49 is a low wheeled tractor used on aircraft carrier decks and on airfield aprons to tow and maneuver aircraft and equipment. The rugged machine with its low build makes it possible to move in the cramped space of a deck. The short version differs from the longer one in wheelbase and in the length of the frame.
This is a 3D-printed resin kit, so before building, wash the parts free of uncured print resin residue and cut the print supports off. Glue the parts with cyanoacrylate and sand them with your airways protected. A primer, an airbrush for the naval shades and fine washes with pigments for service weathering all pay off.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin kit. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
