This interior set brings fine photo-etched parts for detailing the cockpit and the internal areas of a model of the American A-10C Thunderbolt II attack aircraft in 1:48 scale. Eduard interior sets usually include items printed in color, such as the instrument panels and the side consoles. It is not a kit of an aircraft but an accessory. The set is made by the Czech company Eduard.
The A-10 Thunderbolt II, nicknamed the Warthog, is an American attack aircraft intended for close air support of ground forces. The upgraded C version brought a new avionics system, a digital cockpit and the ability to use precision munitions. It became famous for its toughness and for its massive rotary cannon.
Transfer the color photo-etched interior parts to the plastic parts with care and degrease the bare items before the final coats. Use a sharp knife to separate them, an etch bender for the bends and super glue in small drops to fix them.
This is an accessory set, not a model in its own right. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
