This is not a kit of an aircraft but an extensive resin detail set meant for a thorough improvement of models of the carrier attack machine A-4 Skyhawk in 1:48 scale. It combines several detail assemblies into one package, typically the landing gear bays, the engine and the electronics, so that you finish the model to a higher level in a single step.
A large set replaces and completes several areas at once that a plastic kit deals with in a simplified way. The exposed interior spaces, the engine section and the detailed equipment will move the model into collector's quality suitable for a close view or for a diorama as well.
The extent of the set assumes experience of resin. Wash the parts free of the mold release agent, cut the casting blocks off carefully and clean the parts up; resin tends to be brittle. Glue with super glue, that is cyanoacrylate, and when sanding use protection for your airways and ventilate the room. Paint and weather the interior spaces before the fuselage is closed and keep checking the fit as you go.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The plastic model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
