Refueling probe boom of the A-4C Skyhawk 1:48

A turned metal refueling probe boom for a model of the A-4C Skyhawk jet aircraft in 1:48 scale. The accessory replaces the plastic part from the box with a precisely machined metal part with a printed adapter for seating. The shape of the probe matches the form carried on the A-4C version.

Use

  • A replacement of the plastic refueling probe on an A-4C Skyhawk model 1:48.
  • The metal part is straight, sharp and more resistant to bending than plastic.
  • It is glued with super glue (cyanoacrylate) after the surface has been cleaned.
  • Once fitted, the spot is cleaned up and sprayed over in the color of the aircraft.
