The set brings a faithfully rendered Norden type bombsight for the American heavy bomber Boeing B-17F Flying Fortress in 1:48 scale. It is a detailing accessory made by direct 3D printing in resin that completes the glazed nose of the aircraft and the bombardier's station with one of the most characteristic instruments of the machine.
A finely rendered bombsight with small details of a kind an injection mold cannot manage. The part is ready to be glued and painted once separated from the print support. Intended for B-17F models in this scale.
Wash the print resin residue off the part and separate it from the block. Glue it with cyanoacrylate. Apply a primer before painting; the small details will come out with a dark wash and a dry brush.
This is an accessory, not a standalone model. The basic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
