A set from the DN Models brand in 1:48 scale for spraying the striking yellow markings of the tail surfaces and the national insignia of the four-engine B-17G Flying Fortress bomber. The masks are cut from a thin masking tape that follows rounded surfaces and leaves no traces once peeled off. It is not decals or paint but an aid for precise masking while airbrushing.
The B-17G Flying Fortress is the most widespread version of the famous American day bomber of the Second World War, characterized by a chin turret and strong defensive armament. Its deployment over Europe made it one of the symbols of strategic bombing.
Lay the masks onto a perfectly dried base coat and press the edges down carefully, so that the paint does not bleed. Spray the yellow areas over a white base for a clean saturation of the shade. Once it has dried, take the masks off carefully.
Paints, glue and the model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
