Eduard 1:48 B-57B seatbelts are photo-etched safety (seat) belts for the seats of the American Martin B-57B Canberra tactical bomber. It is an accessory for a kit, not a model in its own right.
Responsibility details are not available.
A photo-etched set of safety belts from the Czech manufacturer Eduard for the model of the Martin B-57B Canberra bomber in 1:48 scale. The set is not a model of an airplane - it is a small but effective accessory that replaces the flat or missing belts on the seat with faithful photo-etched belts with buckles.
Photo-etched belts give a seat a realistic look - they capture the straps, the buckles and the fittings as they look in reality. The pre-formed parts bend easily into the natural shape of belts draped over the seat and bring an otherwise empty cockpit to life in an instant.
The Martin B-57 was the American licensed and further developed version of the British English Electric Canberra jet bomber. The B-57B version served as a tactical bomber of the US Air Force; it was marked out by a new tandem arrangement of the cockpit and by a bomb bay with a rotating door.
The set serves for the detailing of a plastic kit of the matching type and scale. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
