This is a resin accessory set, not an aircraft model. It contains a finely cast tail defensive turret in 1:48 scale for models of the American supersonic bomber Convair B-58 Hustler. It serves as a more faithful replacement for this assembly, which tends to be simplified in the basic kit.
The tail turret of the Hustler is a prominent recognition feature of the machine. The resin casting offers sharper definition of shape and surface than injection-molded plastic and makes it possible to improve this area without demanding work of your own. Thanks to the accurate casting there are no mold seams to clean up. The set is intended for the Revell and Monogram kits.
Wash the parts in lukewarm soapy water because of the mold release agent. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw or a cutter, sand the surfaces and protect your airways when sanding resin. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue. Before painting we recommend a primer for even coverage.
It is not a model kit but an accessory set. The basic model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
