A resin, 3D printed detail set of main landing gear wheels for models of the German Messerschmitt Bf 109 fighter in the G (Gustav) version in 1:48 scale. It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory replacing the plastic wheels from the box. The tires have a faithfully shaped flat spot and a slight bulge, which makes a standing model look naturally loaded.
The Bf 109 G was the most numerous variant of the legendary German fighter of the Second World War. The Gustav version was marked by a more powerful engine and, on later aircraft, by the characteristic bulges on the cowling. The narrow landing gear track was typical of the type, so faithful wheels influence the look of the model considerably.
Cut the parts off the print supports, clean up the marks left by them and wash the set to remove print resin residue. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways when sanding resin. We recommend painting over a primer; set the hubs and the tires apart in shade.
The set contains resin wheels only, not a whole model. Glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
