Eduard masking set - Bf 109E 1:48

A set of precisely die-cut self-adhesive masks in quality Japanese masking tape (kabuki) meant for models of the German Messerschmitt Bf 109E fighter in 1:48 scale. The masks follow the shape of the frames of the angular cockpit glasshouse and of other areas, so the laborious cutting of tape and sticking on of individual strips falls away. It is made by the Czech company Eduard.

Use

  • Masking the angular glasshouse of the Emil before spraying
  • On aircraft sets as a rule masks for the wheel hubs or the tires as well
  • Easy removal with no sticky residue on the clear parts
  • Sharp, clean paint edges with no seepage

Who the set is for

For modelers who want to save time and reach precise masking without cutting by hand. Suitable for an airbrush and for a spray can alike.

This is an accessory, not a model. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.

FAQ

No, this is only a masking set. The Bf 109E kit in 1:48 scale has to be bought separately.

Of fine Japanese masking tape (kabuki), which holds well and leaves no residue when taken off.

Above all the frames of the cockpit glasshouse; Eduard aircraft sets usually also contain masks for the wheels. The exact contents are given on the mask card in the package.
