Responsibility details are not available.
A fine photo-etched detail set in 1:48 scale from the Czech manufacturer Eduard. It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory made of thin photo-etched metal parts (most often brass) with which you replace or complete the small details on a plastic model of the Bf 109F-2 fighter, details that cannot be molded in plastic in the matching fineness. The set is meant for more experienced modelers.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109 was the most widespread German fighter of the Second World War. The F version, Friedrich, brought an aerodynamically cleaner fuselage, rounded wingtips and a recowled engine. The F-2 version was armed with a 15 mm cannon firing through the propeller hub and a pair of machine guns above the engine.
Nip the photo-etched parts carefully from the fret and clean up the burrs. Bend them over a sharp edge (a photo-etch bending tool proves its worth) and join them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Degrease the parts before varnishing and apply a primer for good paint adhesion; areas printed in color are varnished only with a light touch.
This is a photo-etched accessory, not an aircraft kit. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
