Responsibility details are not available.
A set of accessories intended for building a model of the Brewster Buffalo fighter in 1:48 scale. The name gives the aircraft type and the scale, but the package contents are not described in detail here. What the set contains and how the individual items are applied or glued is therefore given in the instructions enclosed with it.
The Brewster Buffalo was a single-seat fighter from the end of the 1930s, originally developed for carrier service with the US Navy. You will know it by its short, stocky fuselage with rounded sides, by a wing set at roughly half its height, and by a fairly high-set cockpit with a good view forward. In the Second World War it flew not only with the United States but with several other air forces, among them in the north of Europe and in Southeast Asia. Against later types it was slower and climbed worse, but it stayed in service for a substantial part of the war, and in modeling it ranks among the popular subjects precisely for its unmistakable shape.
Prepare the surface of the model before you start: let it harden completely, get the dust off it and degrease it. Lay the small items out dry beforehand, so that you know where they go, and only then fix them. Work on one piece at a time and leave haste for another day; small parts are hard to find on the floor.
The package contains the accessory set only. The kit, paints and glue are not included, unless stated otherwise.
