A universal photo-etched detail set from the Czech maker Hauler in 1:48 scale. It is not a kit but a metal accessory. It contains fine photo-etched chains that can be used across models of military equipment, vehicles and dioramas.
Small chains are among the details that bring practically any model to life: lashing and towing, securing a load, hatch anchors, chains on the fenders or diorama accessories. The photo-etched version has a realistic thickness that is hard to reach with plastic or wire.
Separate the chain carefully from the fret with a sharp knife and shape it with tweezers. It is glued with a small amount of cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Degrease the metal before painting and go over it with a primer, and it will then take rust and metal shades easily.
This is a universal detail accessory, not a model in its own right. The glue and the paints are not included in the package.
