Waterslide decals from the maker Xtradecal with markings for the British de Havilland Vampire jet fighter in the F.3 and FB.5 versions in 1:48 scale. The Collection Pt.1 set brings a varied choice of finishes of machines of the Royal Air Force from the turn of the 1940s and 1950s.
A multicolor sheet of waterslide decals and instructions with drawings of the finishes. It takes in markings for several machines of various RAF squadrons including serial numbers, the codes of the individual aircraft and the national insignia. It is a decal set in its own right: a plastic model is not included in the package.
Apply the decals onto a glossy, smooth base, so that no silvering under the film arises. Soak the cut-out part briefly, slide it off the backing into place, soak the surplus water away and settle it with a decal softener. Finally spray a matte or satin varnish over, according to the character of the surface.
The accessory holds only decals and a guide to the finishes. The model, paints and varnish are not included.
