This is an add-on set in 3D-printed resin for a model of the Dornier Do 217 N in 1:48 scale. The set serves to improve the detail of the model with fine, crisply printed parts that injection-molded plastic handles only with difficulty.
The Do 217 N was the night fighter version of the German Dornier Do 217 bomber. It was created by converting the twin-engine airframe, carried powerful engines and heavy cannon armament, and was used in the night defense of German airspace.
Separate the parts from the print supports and carrier blocks, clean them up gently and wash them. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Before painting it pays to spray the resin with a primer.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
