This is not an aircraft model but a set of seat belts in etched steel by the Czech maker Eduard, intended for plastic models of the Douglas A-4C Skyhawk attack aircraft by HobbyBoss in 1:48 scale. The belts are printed in color and ready for immediate use.
Unlike brass, steel belts hold a bent shape better and look naturally pliable: they can be folded realistically over the edge of a seat or left to drape freely. The color printing imitates the straps and the metal buckles faithfully.
The Douglas A-4 Skyhawk was a compact carrier attack aircraft, popular for its simplicity and reliability; the A-4C version was among its early production forms.
