A resin detail set for experienced modelers. It is NOT a model in its own right but an accessory that replaces the cockpit of a plastic kit of the Eurofighter Typhoon multirole fighter in 1:48 scale. The set brings a finely cast cockpit tub, an instrument panel, side consoles and an ejection seat, and it is complemented by photo-etched parts (seat belts and small details, for example) for the greatest possible fidelity of the interior.
The Eurofighter Typhoon is a European supersonic multirole fighter with a delta-canard layout, operated by a number of European air forces. Its modern cockpit with large-area displays is therefore a prominent part of the model on view.
Separate the parts from the casting blocks, wash them free of mold release agent and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue; seat the fine photo-etched parts with tweezers. Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Lay down a primer before painting and bring out the interior with a wash and a dry brush. Check the compatibility with your own 1:48 Typhoon plastic kit.
This is a detail set in resin with photo-etch, not a model. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
