Aires F-15C Eagle engine exhaust nozzles (1:48, late version) are a resin set that replaces the plastic nozzles with detailed castings.

A detail set from the Czech maker Aires in 1:48 scale. It is not an aircraft model but a resin accessory: a pair of turbojet exhaust nozzles in cast resin, as a rule with a little photo-etch. The nozzles replace the simplified plastic parts at the tail of the aircraft, which are very much on show on a finished model.
The set brings faithful castings of the exhaust nozzles with the fine structure of the petals and the internal detail that plastic from the box cannot capture. These are the late version of the nozzles for the F-15C Eagle. The set is intended for the plastic kit from Hasegawa. Check the exact contents of the package and the number of parts on the packaging of the set.
Separate the parts from the casting blocks, wash them to remove mold release residue and degrease them. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate); count on fine-tuning the fit at the rear of the fuselage. Wear a respirator when sanding resin.
An accessory for a kit, not a stand-alone model. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; the kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
