This is an add-on set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard, not an airplane model. It contains a resin ACES II ejection seat for 1:48 models of the F-16 fighter, complemented by photo-etched seat belts and small details.
The resin seat replaces the simplified plastic part of the kit with a richly rendered casting. The photo-etched straps and placards give the cockpit a realism that catches the eye immediately on an open canopy. The ACES II seat was used in other American types as well, so the set can serve elsewhere too.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting block and clean them up; bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Shape the photo-etched belts with tweezers and glue them spot by spot. Spray the seat with a base color, bring the belts to life and finish the whole with a light wash.
This is an add-on resin set with photo-etched parts, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
