This is not an airplane kit but a set of ejection seats with faithfully cast seat belts that brings the tandem cockpit to life better than bare plastic parts. The set is meant to be built into the matching plastic model.
The Northrop F-5F Tiger II is the two-seat combat trainer version of the supersonic light F-5 fighter with two jet engines. The lengthened fuselage carries a cockpit for two crew members seated one behind the other. The ejection seats allow an emergency escape from the aircraft, and the crew are secured on them by a set of belts.
First wash the mold release residue off the part, carefully cut off the casting block and bond it with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Try the fit dry before gluing and adjust the surrounding plastic if needed. Spray the surface to match the rest of the model so that the part blends into the overall finish.
