This is not a kit, but a color-printed photo-etched set from the Zoom line by the Czech manufacturer Eduard, for the plastic model of the carrier-based fighter Vought F4U-1 Corsair in 1:48 scale. It focuses on the model's most visible part — the cockpit.
It includes pre-printed color parts, primarily a new instrument panel, side panels and seat belts. The elements faithfully replace the simplified plastic parts, so the interior looks realistic without laborious painting. The Zoom line is a simplified, selective version of a larger detail set.
The color photo-etched parts are not painted — they are applied directly. Separate the smaller metal elements from the fret, clean them up and glue them with cyanoacrylate (super glue). The belts and panels are usually glued in before the fuselage is closed up.
An add-on set, not a model. The plastic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
