FAB-100 and FAB-50 bombs and DZ-40 racks 1:48 — Quinta Studio

This is a resin (3D-printed) add-on armament set, not a kit. The set from Quinta Studio holds Soviet aircraft bombs of the FAB-100 and FAB-50 families together with DZ-40 racks in 1:48 scale, meant for Red Army fighters of the Second World War period. The finely printed parts add realistic external stores to a model.

Use

  • Separate the parts from the supports and wash the uncured print resin residue off them.
  • Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate).
  • Wear respiratory protection while sanding.
  • Paint them with a primer and then in the matching shades of aircraft ordnance.

Who the set is for

For modelers building Soviet WWII fighters in 1:48 scale who want to complete a model with period external stores.

The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
