This is a colored photo-etched set of the Zoom type from Eduard, intended for refining the interior of a model of the German Focke-Wulf Fw 190A-4 fighter in the Weekend version in 1:48 scale. It is not an aircraft kit but a detail accessory. The colored photo-etch brings a pre-printed instrument panel and instrument consoles in realistic colors together with the harness, so the cockpit gains colored detail with no laborious hand painting.
The Focke-Wulf Fw 190A-4 was one of the key versions of the German fighter of the first half of the Second World War, valued for its ruggedness and its radial engine. It is among the most popular aviation subjects of the period.
The colored parts are usually bonded to the model with cyanoacrylate in tiny drops; do not degrease the colored surface with aggressive solvents, so that the print is not damaged. Shape the harness carefully for a realistic sag. The set is intended above all for the visible parts of the cockpit.
The accessory is supplied without the base kit. Glue, paints and the target model are not included.
