Responsibility details are not available.
This photo-etched set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard brings fine metal parts, most often in brass, for raising the fidelity of the model of the British Harrier GR.7 vertical takeoff aircraft in 1:48 scale. It is not a model of the aircraft but a detail accessory for advanced modelers. The photo-etched parts replace or complete the features of a plastic kit and add details that cannot be molded in injection plastic, for example instrument panels, seat belts and small features of the interior and the exterior alike.
The Harrier GR.7 was a British attack aircraft with vertical and short takeoff and landing, belonging to the second generation of the Harrier family. Thanks to vectored thrust it could take off and land on a very short strip or vertically. The GR.7 version was the night attack variant for the Royal Air Force, fitted with more modern avionics and sensors for operating in reduced visibility.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife and make the bends in a photo-etch bending tool or over a metal ruler. Bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate); cement for plastic has no effect. Working with small parts calls for patience and tweezers.
The set is supplied as photo-etched parts, unassembled and unpainted. It is not a model of the aircraft but an accessory for a plastic kit. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
