Quickboost 1:48 Il-2 exhaust is a resin accessory that replaces the plastic exhaust stacks with finely cast parts.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a resin detail accessory, not a standalone model. The set replaces the exhaust stacks on models of the Soviet ground-attack aircraft Ilyushin Il-2 in 1:48 scale with more accurate and finer castings.
The Il-2 Shturmovik was the legendary Soviet ground-attack aircraft of the Second World War. It was powered by a liquid-cooled V12 engine whose exhaust stacks projected along the sides of the front part of the fuselage. Rendering them faithfully brings the silhouette of a model noticeably to life.
The accessory will be appreciated by modelers aiming for greater fidelity in a build. Handling small resin parts calls for a little practice.
It is supplied unpainted. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
