Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Japanese Type 95 Kurogane light off-road vehicle with four-wheel drive in 1:48 scale from Tamiya. It is a smaller, straightforward kit that suits a shorter project; the set allows the vehicle to be built with the roof raised or folded and also contains crew figures. The exact number of parts and the precise contents are given in the instructions included in the package.
The Type 95 Kurogane was a Japanese light off-road vehicle developed at the army's request as one of the first production four-wheel-drive cars in the world. It was powered by an air-cooled two-cylinder engine, and thanks to its large wheels and independent front suspension it coped well off road. It served mainly for reconnaissance and communications and was used in China, Southeast Asia and the Pacific.
Separate the smaller parts with a sharp knife and glue them with liquid modeling cement; decide in advance whether you will build the roof raised or folded, because that affects the build. The base is Japanese field green or brown; bring out the edges with a dry brush, apply a dark wash in the details and dust and mud pigments to the chassis. The figures included bring the whole scene to life.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
