Printed exhaust stubs for a model of the Ju 188E bomber in 1:48 scale, intended for the kit from the Dragon brand.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Ju 188 was a German bomber of the late part of the Second World War that came out of the proven Ju 88. You recognize it by the glazed front section of the fuselage and by wings with a greater span and pointed tips. The E version is one of the variants of this family, and the name gives which form the exhausts belong to.
The accessory replaces the exhaust stubs on a model in 1:48 scale. The parts are made by 3D printing and intended for the kit from the Dragon brand, so lengthy fine-tuning of the seating falls away. Exhausts belong among the parts that a kit handles only in a simplified way, and yet the builder has them right in front of his eyes on the side of the engine nacelle. Sharply drawn openings and fine edges moreover photograph well, so the swap pays off on a model for a display case too.
Leave the fitting for the end of the build, so that freshly painted stubs are not rubbed while the model is handled. A dry test of the seating before gluing pays off even with parts cut for a particular kit.
The model of the aircraft, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
