It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory for refining the interior and the exterior of a matching plastic model. The set contains fine photo-etched parts that replace or complete plastic features simplified in shape.
Photo-etched parts bring a fineness injection-molded plastic cannot reach - the glazed cockpit of the bomber offers a large area for thin instrument features, belts, fittings and small exterior details. The Ju 88A-5 was a transitional version of the successful multirole bomber with extended wingtips and Jumo 211 engines; it entered service before the definitive A-4 version, whose performance it partly anticipated. The roomy interior gets a great deal out of fine photo-etched parts.
The set is an accessory for a build; on its own it does not make a model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
