This set from the AIMS brand brings waterslide (wet) decals with markings for the night fighter version of the Junkers Ju 88 G in 1:48 scale. It is not a kit and not resin parts but a separate sheet of decals – fuselage codes, national insignia, tactical numbers and small technical stencils for finishing a model faithfully.
The Junkers Ju 88 G was among the most capable German night fighters of the closing stage of the Second World War. It came about by converting the proven multi-purpose Ju 88 into a heavy fighter fitted with radar and heavy gun armament; it was sent against the Allied night bombers over the Reich.
The decals are applied in the classic way – cut them out, immerse them in lukewarm water for a few seconds and slide them onto a smooth surface prepared with varnish. We recommend a glossy surface under the decal and a decal softener for perfect adhesion to the details. The set is intended for Ju 88 G models in this scale.
It is an accessory – the model itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
