A resin detail accessory in 1:48 scale from the Quickboost (Aires) brand. It is not a model of the airplane but a set of replacement barrels of the 20 mm MG 151/20 cannon for a build of the Junkers Ju 88G-6 night fighter. The precise castings replace the plastic parts and raise the fidelity of the armament.
The Junkers Ju 88 was a versatile German twin-engine aircraft of the Second World War, committed among other things as a night fighter. The Ju 88G-6 version was armed with 20 mm MG 151/20 cannon. The set matches the barrels of that weapon.
First wash the resin parts free of mold release residue, separate the casting blocks carefully and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. It is a good idea to fit the thin barrels at the end of the build, so that they do not get damaged.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
