Eduard LAU-3/A rocket pods 1:48 is a resin set from the Brassin range: pods of unguided rockets as external stores. It is not a model but a detail accessory for aircraft models in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin set from the Brassin range by the Czech manufacturer Eduard. It contains LAU-3/A pods of unguided rockets in 1:48 scale as external stores and usually comes with a painting mask. It is not a model or a kit of an aircraft: it is an armament accessory for advanced modelers that can be carried under the wings of a combat aircraft model in place of the simplified plastic pod from the box. Cast resin renders the body of the pod and the mouths of the tubes for the unguided rockets faithfully.
The LAU-3/A is an American pod for 2.75 inch unguided aircraft rockets, used on a range of combat aircraft and helicopters from the 1960s. It belongs to the typical external stores for attacks on ground targets and is a rewarding accessory for models of strike aircraft from the Cold War and later conflicts.
It is supplied as a resin accessory, unpainted. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
