The set completes a model of the Rafale aircraft in 1:48 scale with a pair of elements marked LGTR together with the racks PU 708 and AT-730. Stores belong to what gives a model of a contemporary combat aircraft its character: empty pylons look different from a machine ready for takeoff, and it is exactly the composition of the stores that determines what role the aircraft fills in your display case.
The exact identification of the individual parts and their placement on the aircraft is given by the maker's instructions, which you should follow during the build.
The parts are of resin, not of polystyrene, so glue them with cyanoacrylate glue; classic plastic cement does not hold on them. Cut the excess material off with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the remainder carefully flat. Before painting, wash and degrease the parts, otherwise the paint will not hold on the surface. Sand resin rather wet and with your airways protected; the dust from it is very fine and clings everywhere. Finally unify the base with a gloss varnish, so that the enclosed decals settle without matte edges.
For modelers who build the Rafale in 1:48 scale and want more elaborate stores. This is an add-on set; the model, the paints and the glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
