The set brings cast resin accessories – stowed cargo, crew kit, tarpaulins, crates and other small items – for a model of the American M10 tank destroyer in 1:48 scale. It brings the empty areas of the hull and the turret to life and gives the model a lived-in look. It is not a vehicle kit but a detail accessory.
The M10, known in British service as the Wolverine, was an American tank destroyer of the Second World War with an open pentagonal turret and a 3-inch gun. The crews commonly packed the hull with personal cargo and kit, which is a rewarding theme to render.
Wash the parts to remove the mold release agent, cut the casting blocks off and clean them up with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Paint the cargo separately and pull it together with a wash and dust pigments, so that it fits into the overall weathering of the vehicle.
This is an accessory, not a model in its own right. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
