A resin (3D-printed) accessory, not a kit. The wheels are modeled as weighted - with realistic flattening where they meet the ground. The set is intended for models of the Me 163 Komet rocket interceptor in 1:48 scale. The Komet took off from a jettisonable two-wheel dolly and landed on a retractable skid, so weighted wheels show at their best in a take-off scene.
It replaces the wheels from the box with more faithful resin parts with fine tread. A realistically deflected tire brings a model ready for take-off at the base or in a diorama to life.
Wash the parts free of uncured print resin residue, cut off the print supports and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Sand with respiratory protection and lay down primer before painting.
An accessory for more advanced modelers. Paints, glue and the model are not included in the package.
