A full-color 3D-printed interior for the Messerschmitt Bf-110C/D on decal paper in 1:48 scale for a faithfully equipped cockpit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not a kit but a modern detail set for the cockpit. It combines classic decal technology with full-color 3D printing: the parts are printed and colored on decal paper, so they are applied much like decals, but they carry a three-dimensional structure with real depth. The set contains instrument panels, side consoles, seats with belts and a quantity of small controls, switches and warning lights.
The Messerschmitt Bf 110 was a German twin-engined heavy fighter and fighter-bomber of the Second World War. The C and D versions were used in the opening years of the war; their roomy crew cockpit offers rewarding space for detailed equipment.
Proceed as you would with decals: release the part in water and transfer it onto the surface. Unlike ordinary decals, though, no softener is used here; it would damage the printed resin. The instrument dials are covered with a layer of gloss varnish that suggests glass at a sharp angle. Painting the interior is not necessary, and any shading should be fine-tuned only once everything is dry. The set is designed for one particular 1:48 plastic kit of this aircraft.
The set contains only the 3D-printed color parts on decal paper. The aircraft kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
