Resin Gun Barrels for the MiG-17F Fresco, 1:48 is a precisely cast replacement accessory that replaces the plastic barrels from the base kit and gives the armament sharper, more accurate detail.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is an aftermarket detail set for models of the fighter MiG-17F Fresco in 1:48 scale. It is not an aircraft kit, but a small accessory from Quickboost. Precisely cast resin cannon barrels replace the softer-shaped plastic parts from the box and improve the accuracy of the lower forward fuselage, where the armament is concentrated.
The MiG-17F was a Soviet subsonic jet fighter from the 1950s, developed from the MiG-15. The Fresco-C version received an afterburner and a smoother wing leading edge. Its armament consisted of one heavy 37 mm cannon and two 23 mm cannons mounted under the nose. The type served in many air forces worldwide and became one of the most widely used jet fighters of its era.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. Paints, glue and the base kit are not included in the package.
