A resin detail set from the Czech manufacturer Black Dog meant for models of the MiG-21 MF fighter aircraft in 1:48 scale. It offers faithfully rendered electronic and avionics equipment with which you replace or complete the simplified parts from the basic kit and markedly raise the realism of a model.
The MiG-21 MF was one of the most widespread versions of the Soviet supersonic second-generation fighter. It served with dozens of air forces including Czechoslovakia and stood out for a powerful engine, a simple design and mass use during the Cold War.
Wash the parts first to get rid of the remains of the mold release agent, cut the casting blocks off carefully and sand them back with your airways protected. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Once painted, the fine details stand out after being brought up with a wash and a dry brush.
This is an accessory resin set, not a complete model of an aircraft. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
