This item is not a helicopter kit but a narrowly focused accessory: a set of replacement landing gear wheels. The maker is Eduard, a Czech brand from Obrnice near Most.
On a helicopter model a wheel is an unobtrusive but rewarding part. The tire from the original mold of a kit tends to be split by a seam all the way round the circumference, and for production reasons the tread on it is soft. A replacement wheel is cast in one piece, so there is no seam on the tread and the structure of the tire and the hub is sharper. It is also a part that is seen close up on a finished model, because the machine stands on its wheels on a base or in a diorama.
Wash the part first in warm soapy water; there tends to be mold release residue on the surface and paint would not hold on it. Cut the casting block off with a fine-toothed saw, not with pliers, and level the surface with a file. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue; solvent cement for plastic may not work here. Do not spray the tire in completely flat black; a very dark gray suits it better and looks more natural in scale, and separate the hub with a mask or paint it with a brush before fitting.
