The double-sided set 1:48 Morane-Saulnier MS.406C1 TFace from Eduard covers the glazing of a model from inside and outside.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set in the TFace form holds shapes for the outer and for the inner side of the glazing alike. On the French fighter with a fairly well visible cockpit that shows, because the frame does not stay clear from inside. The model is sold separately from this accessory.
The Morane-Saulnier MS.406 belonged to the generation of all-metal fighters of the late 1930s, but compared with contemporary rivals it lacked performance. The weapon on the axis of the propeller was a cannon firing through the hollow hub of the reduction gear, rounded out by machine guns in the wings. Besides the French Air Force the type also flew in northern Europe, where it saw local modifications and a longer career than it had at home.
Fit and spray the inner shapes while you still have the clear parts loose in your hand. Only then seat them in the fuselage and go on with the camouflage. If you decide on an open canopy, give attention to the rear glazing too, because that is where the most is visible when looking from above. Let the paint on the frames dry thoroughly, and only then take the masks off. Before you seat the canopy for good, try its position dry, so that no gap arises once the camouflage is finished.
