North American B-25D Mitchell seatbelts STEEL 1:48 are pre-painted seat belts in etched steel for the cockpit of a model. It is a narrowly focused accessory, not an interior set and not a kit.

Of all Eduard's lines this is the narrowest. You do not get a complete interior as with a full photo-etched set, nor a selection of cockpit parts as with a Zoom set, but exactly one thing done properly: the crew seat belts. The STEEL designation says that the base material is steel instead of the usual brass. Steel does not spring back flat after bending, so the belt stays the way you shape it. The straps and buckles are also printed at the factory.
A bomber has more crew stations than a fighter, and on the Mitchell both the glazed nose and the flight deck are clearly visible. Plastic seats, meanwhile, either have no belts at all or render them as shallow relief that disappears once painted. A freely hanging strap, by contrast, is a small thing that immediately shows that somebody took care of the interior.
Steel is harder than brass, so when cutting do not push the scalpel in jabs but smoothly, and keep a hard surface underneath. Shape the belt over a round tool or the edge of the tweezers and leave it deliberately asymmetrical, as real straps never hang the same on both sides. Do not try to bend the buckles to a right angle; a slight suggestion is enough. They are glued with a tiny drop of super glue applied on a pin, because surplus glue clouds the printing. No painting is needed. If you want to age the belts, use a very thin wash in the folds and a hint of wear on the metal parts with a dry brush.
This is an add-on set, not a kit in its own right. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
