A pre-colored self-adhesive photo-etched set from the Czech maker Eduard intended for the cockpit of a North American P-51D-5 Mustang model in 1:48 scale. It is tuned for the simpler editions of the model, which do not have photo-etch in the box, and lifts them quickly with a rich colored interior. It is NOT an aircraft kit but an upgrade accessory.
The set adds colored instrument panels, side consoles and multi-part pilot's seat belts with faithful hardware. The color printing on metal makes it possible to build a realistic cockpit without painting tiny dials and lettering.
The P-51D Mustang was an American fighter of the Second World War with outstanding range. The early D-5 variant was distinguished by a cockpit with a sliding canopy and still without the later dorsal fin ahead of the tail. The glazed canopy makes the interior clearly visible.
An accessory for modelers with experience of small parts. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
